1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RedCI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RedCI is a penetration testing and security scanning platform that allows authorized users to perform security assessments on systems they own or have explicit permission to test.

3. Authorization Requirements

You may ONLY use this Service to scan targets that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Before any scan can be initiated, you must complete our ownership verification process using one of the following methods: DNS TXT record verification, HTTP meta tag verification, or file-based verification. Attempting to bypass verification or scanning unauthorized targets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Scan any system without proper authorization
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass security controls or verification systems
• Scan critical infrastructure, government systems, or healthcare systems without proper authorization and compliance
• Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. User Responsibilities

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities conducted under your account
• Ensuring you have proper authorization before initiating scans
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Any consequences resulting from scans you initiate

6. Data Handling

Scan results and vulnerability data are stored securely and associated with your account. You retain ownership of your scan data. We do not share your scan results with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages caused by scans you initiate.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in unauthorized scanning, or conduct any activity deemed harmful or illegal.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
